First of all Alicia the tech, Angel and even Yvonne are three of the most cooperative helpful customer service based people that I have met in a very very long time. I've gone to other sprint stores, not to mention any names but they're really really close like less than a mile driving, and they absolutely suck. No one knows how to utilize customer service skills it seems as if the only people that have graduated high school are the people I've dealt with today. They really know what they're talking about. They have a lot of knowledge on phone service they're patient. All and all very very good no I'm sorry GREAT experience. Best I've had in quite some time 1000 stars.
